I recently moved into my property as a result of Amy's outstanding services. Amy has been very helpful in assisting me to find the right property that is tailored to my needs as a professional working at 1 Raffles Quay and which also matched my budget. She was very polite also considering that I'm new in Singapore.

Amy showed a great understanding of my need  to find an apartment in a timely manner. One strength I noticed about Amy is her very good communication skills, e.g. she communicated with me via WhatsApp and provided relevant information about the property very promptly. Amy was effective and efficient in balancing the landlord's with my requirements, e.g. when it came to pricing negotiations and when we inspected/documented the condition of the apartment. I further noticed that Amy was working over weekends and after hours to provide me with timely responses, e.g. in relation to the Tenacy Agreement.

Overall, Amy is a great ambassador of your company's brand. If I ever needed property agent services again I would contact Amy directly.
